Meeting Part L Regulations
In 2010, new Part L building regulations will call for greatly reduced C0₂ emissions from new buildings. A key to achieving these targets is in ensuring a high level of airtightness, so that warm air is not lost from the building (and cold air isn't allowed to enter).		WARMCEL is a natural fibre loose-fill insulation which can be easily installed with complete void fill. It also boasts the lowest air permeability rating in its market, meaning regulations can be met without the need for expensive high-tech membranes and reduced requirement for other offsetting design features such as solar panels.
