Panelvent external sheathing is used to sheath the cavity side face of EVT structures, providing high racking strength and good weather resistance. Panelvent also has the optimum degree of permeability for effective EVT operation. Manufactured entirely from wood waste, Panelvent does not use any glue in the manufacturing process, relying on natural lignin in the timber as the material binder. Because there are no glue lines, the product cannot suffer from delamination, which is a major advantage for a sheathing board. Natural waxes are added to the Panelvent formulation to achieve the required sheathing performance.

Manufactured entirely from wood waste, Panelvent does not use any glue in the manufacturing process, relying on natural lignin in the timber as the material binder. Because there are no glue lines, the product cannot suffer from delamination, which is a major advantage for a sheathing board. Natural waxes are added to the Paneline formulation to achieve the required sheathing performance. Paneline’s formulation has been developed to provide the required vapour resistance to control the migration of water vapour from the inside of a building, through the EVT/ TRADIS panel, to the exterior. |
