Fibre Technology

Virtually all of the fibre manufactured by Excel Fibre Technology – both for the company's Quarry & Industrial Products market and Warmcel high performance insulation, which is produced for the Building Solutions division – is manufactured entirely from recycled newsprint.

Excel's Fibre Technology division operates a number of newspaper collection schemes to source its raw material and processes the paper by re-engineering and enhancing the paper's fibre to create specialist fibre products for use in the many varied end-use applications.
